• Candidate should have 3-7 years of hands-on experience of the Service Now enterprise product suite including core process areas in ITSM, and others such as ITOM, HR, CSM, Vulnerability Management
  • Candidate should have Experience in implementing Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request, CMDB, Orchestration, PPM.
  • Candidate should be able to Perform all aspects of Platform Administration, Design, Development and implementation of Software solutions.
  • Extensive hands-on experience of working with script-based Service Now components such as business rules, script includes, client scripts, UI pages etc.
  • Experience in Orchestration, Integrations, Service Portal is a Big Plus.
  • Perform day to day support, administration and maintenance of the Service Now platform including scripting, configuration, integrations and administration
  • Experience building user interfaces on Service Portal
  • Create process documentation for team and provide internal training to team members
  • Generates reports and KPI analysis as needed
  • At least 5+ years’ experience working in the IT industry
  • 3+ years of experience developing custom applications on the Salesforce Force.com platform using Apex and Visualforce
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Declarative Programming and Administration (develop code, custom objects, Lightning components, Visualforce pages, Apex, reports, workflows, assignment rules, and more)
  • Knowledge of APEX triggers/SOQL queries and stored procedures
  • Experience with Salesforce.com Web Services APIs
  • Experience with Salesforce Visualforce Sites and Communities
  • Solid understanding of web technologies, such as HTTP, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, DHTML, CSS and a solid understanding of Object-Oriented design and programming concepts
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and prioritize among competing tasks and assignments
  • Must be a self-starter, with the ability to work independently without constant supervision and micromanagement
  • Must be able to work flexible hours to collaborate with remote IT and business team members

  • Overall 5+ years of experience in Web Development and 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud/Demandware Platform
  • Experience using CSS, JavaScript, jQuery and other front end development languages.
  • Experience using Pipelines, JS Controllers, Demandware Script, ISML Templates, and Real time data exchange using Web services.
  • Mastery of ecommerce implementation specifically on Demandware platform , MVC Pattern , Eclipse and ANT.
  • Proficient in Demandware foundational concepts and has experience & knowledge of Site Genesis , UX Studio , Pipelines , ISML templates , Scripts , Content Assets / Slots and Demand ware catalog including catalog , category , and products.
  • Proficient in DOM structure and jQuery implementation.
  • One or more current Demandware certifications (DID - Developing in Demandware, CIP Customizations / Integrations / Performance, Demandware Architecture) is preferred.
  • The ability to understand the overall scope of the project, complete tasks in a timely fashion within estimate time.
  • Be willing to learn, take Demandware certification exams, pass and get certified.
  • Work with Product Owner/Business Analysts to understand functional requirements and interact with other cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and release features.
  • Good understanding/exposure to overall API-Management concepts & fundamentals.
  • Experience in defining overall API implementations, integration and deployment
  • Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform including ESB and API manager.
  • Thorough experience in developing RAML based RESTful API s and WSDL based SOAP web services
  • Thorough experience in creating the MuleSoft API architecture with the Experience, Process and System API layers
  • Thorough experience in creating Mule ESB flows, and performing payload transformation
  • Extensive experience using various Mule connectors including HTTP, Salesforce, AWS, DB, VM and File/FTP
  • Deep knowledge of security protocols including Basic, WS-security, SAML and OAuth2
  • Applying the security architecture for Mulesoft API layer, as well as the backend services layer deployed in Mulesoft Runtime
  • Deep experience in deploying Anypoint Platform solutions to CloudHub, on-premises and in hybrid environment
  • Thorough experience in XML technologies like XML, XSLT, XML Schema (XSD)
  • Experience with JEE Application Servers and Containers (administration, deployment, and/or development in Tomcat, JBoss, WebSphere, WebLogic, Spring, etc.)
  • CI skills Maven, Gradle, Jenkins
  • Support multiple Agile Scrum teams with planning, scoping and creation of technical solutions for the new product capabilities, through to continuous delivery to production.
